What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday. Green Oak ships orders 1-3 business days after the processing has begun. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

*Note: All COVID-19 related products are subject to further delays. Currently you can still expect your items to arrive within 7 business days of purchase.

Green Oak ships with a variety of carriers including FedEX, UPS, and USPS throughout the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Green Oak currently does not ship internationally.
